How It Works

Four steps to a machine that behaves.

  1. Request your slot

Seasonal slots are limited — a quick note holds your place in line.

  2. Picked up at your door

Collected from your garage or driveway — or bring it by, if you prefer.

  3. Tune, repair & test-run

Torn down where it matters, rebuilt right, and run until it proves itself.

  4. Returned running like new

Back home, one pull. That's the standard, and that's the handshake.

The Seasonal Truth

Winter is booked by the first storm.

The phone rings the morning the snow flies — and by then, the bench is full. The neighbors who book in October are the ones clearing their driveways in December.

Word Around Town

Neighbors put it plainly.

Two winters of yanking that cord like a maniac. Josh had it for a day — now it starts first pull, every time. Like the sign says.
Mike R. — Cheshire
He told me my old mower wasn't worth fixing and pointed me to a better deal than repairing it. Who does that? I'll never go anywhere else.
Dana K. — Southington
He picked the snowblower up Tuesday and had it back Thursday running better than the day I bought it. Fair price, no surprises.

About Josh

Seven winters of taking engines apart to do it right.

Some shops swap a plug, wipe the deck, and call it a tune-up. Josh doesn't. For seven years he's been tearing small engines down to the part that's actually misbehaving — carburetors, gearboxes, governors — and rebuilding them the way the manual intended.

“If it's not worth fixing, I'll tell you. You'll spend less with me being honest than with me being busy.”

That's the whole pitch. One person, one bench, a limited number of slots each season — and every machine handed back with a single, satisfying pull.
